We are so honored to be able to work with Chef Mauro Daniel Rossi on a menu for the conference. Rossi is also the Director of the Culinary Program at the Art Institute of California, Hollywood.
The concept for the meal was to present a fresh take on some classics of a diverse Southern California cultural history. Working with locally grown produce, Rossi has created a collection of salads and light dishes that speak to something uniquely Angeleno.
